Uninsured Services 

The Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) provides coverage for a vast majority of physician services; however, there are some services that are not covered.

The following list is taken from the Ontario Medical Association (www.oma.org).

The College of Surgeons and Physicians of Ontario also has a patient information sheet that you can read up on. And here you will find the official policies as set out by the CPSO.
