Coronavirus / COVID-19 info + peace of mind with online appointments

I am sure you are well aware of Coronavirus / COVID-19. I'm writing to you now to share some information about the virus, what you can do to be safe, and what you can do if you think you have symptoms.
Additionally, to be available for you and to address your questions and concerns, I will be opening my schedule to allow for online appointments during the week.

Symptoms of Coronavirus / COVID-19 include:
fever
cough
difficulty breathing
If you believe that you have any of these symptoms, you are advised to:
self-isolate, and stay inside and away from other people for 14 days
call the Middlesex-London Health Unit at 519-663-5317 and tell them your symptoms and your travel history
If you are experiencing an emergency and need immediate medical attention, please call 911 and mention your travel history and symptoms.
You can protect yourself against Coronavirus / COVID-19 by taking these steps:
wash your hands often and for at least 20 seconds with soap and water, or alcohol-based hand sanitizer
sneeze and cough into your sleeve
avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
avoid contact with people who are sick
stay home if you are sick
