Urgent appointments

Dr. Annette Richard offers Urgent appointments as a way to provide urgent non-emergency care to the patients that need it. Please only schedule an Urgent appointment if you feel you need to see Annette ASAP. If it can wait, consider scheduling a regular appointment with Annette.

Please note that if you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Annette has multiple openings for Urgent appointments from Tuesday to Friday from 4:30pm to 5:30pm.

Urgent appointments are only available to be booked for up to 48 hours from now.

For example, if you are looking to book an Urgent appointment on Tuesday at 11am, you would be able to schedule an Urgent appointment for Tuesday or Wednesday, but not Thursday or Friday.

If you have any of the following symptoms (or if you feel afraid), then you should consider scheduling an Urgent appointment:

  • Flu-like symptoms

  • Fever with or without a rash

  • Vomiting or persistent diarrhea

  • Blood in urine or stool

  • New onset weakness

  • A new lump

  • Abdominal pain

  • Dehydration

  • Wheezing or shortness of breath

  • Small cuts that may require stitches

If you need to see Annette urgently but there are no Urgent appointments available, then please contact her directly at "annette@drarichard.ca".

Urgent appointments are only available through the new booking platform (Calendly) and not the old one (MedeoHealth).
